Ahmad Siyar Habibi is a Canadian-based youth leader, entrepreneur, martial arts coach, and poet of Tajik origin, known for his work in youth empowerment, civic engagement, and sports coaching. Habibi’s multifaceted career spans leadership in political and community organizations, innovation in the fitness industry, and professional martial arts coaching.
Habibi’s leadership journey began during his time in Afghanistan, where he founded the first student government. This pioneering initiative provided a platform for students to convene weekly, fostering dialogue, innovation, and problem-solving. This experience set the foundation for his lifelong dedication to youth empowerment and civic engagement.
In Canada, Habibi continues to champion youth causes through his leadership of the Youth Senators Parliamentary Group (YSPG), where he serves as the Leader and Government Representative in the official Senate’s youth simulation. The organization, dedicated to empowering young voices, focuses on policy discussions, youth-driven action, and community engagement across Canada with 55 inducted members and 100+ fellows.
